WHAT'S COVERED
- ACCIDENTAL STAINS: Includes human and pet bodily fluids, and dye transfer.
- ACCIDENTAL water or drink marks or rings.
- Accidental tears, rips, punctures, burns, and scorch marks.
- Accidental scratches and scrapes that penetrate the finish of wood, metal, and hard surfaces.
- Accidental chipping or breakage of glass or mirrors.
- Cracking, peeling, crazing, blistering, or laminate lifting from solid or veneered wood furniture.
- Motor failure and related parts (mechanisms, cables, switches) after the manufacturer’s warranty, including parts and labor.
- Sun fading on wood furniture.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- General soiling or accumulated stains not tied to a single event.
- Odor. Incontinence.
- Stains or damage caused by mold, acid, bleach, rust, or corrosion.
- Damage from animal or bird TEETH, BEAKS, or CLAWS.
- Furniture sold "as is," "used," or as floor/display models, rentals, or commercial-use items.
- Damage during transit, delivery, or moves between residences.
- Massage chairs.
- High voltage or power surges.
- Loss of foam resilience, fraying, or upholstery wear.
- Color loss or fading of upholstered furniture.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods.
- Cracking or peeling of leather, vinyl, particle board, or bi-cast materials.
- Damage due to acts of God, theft, negligence, riots, or other perils.
Some information about the 5-Year Peace of Mind Program (ProtectAll)
- The ProtectAll Protection Program is not a cleaning contract. It covers accidents during a 5-year term.
- It does not cover lifestyle-related issues such as:
- Body/hair oil buildup over time (usually causing discoloration in upholstery on backs, arms, headrests, or cushions)
- Recurring damage (e.g., repeated reclining against a wall)
- The best solution for a stain: blot and contact ProtectAll professionals.
- The customer has thirty (30) days from the discovery to report the incident.
- Abuse, misuse, and accumulated damage or stains are not covered.
- The Bed Base Program is an extension of the manufacturer's warranty for 5 or 10 years.
- Service provided by ProtectAll, part of GBS Enterprises.
- Exclusively available in our stores when you purchase new furniture.

- This is not a cleaning contract. Contact GBS for a recommended local upholstery cleaner.
- Claim denial is most often caused by backlog. Customers must report each incident promptly.
