1. The ProtectAll Protection Program is not a cleaning contract. It covers accidents that occur to the furniture during the 5-year term.
2. It does not cover lifestyle-related incidents such as:
   
   • Accumulation of body/hair oils over time (typically causing upholstery discoloration on the back/armrest, headrest, seat, or cushions)   
   • Recurring damage (e.g., continuous reclining against the wall)
3. The best remedy for a stain: Blot dry and call the professionals at ProtectAll.
4. The customer has thirty (30) days from the discovery to repor the accident.
5. Abuse, misuse, and accumulation of stains and damages are not covered.
6. The Bed Bases program is an extension of the manufacturer's warranty for 5 and 10 years.
